Things are always changing, especially when you have a growing baby! This last week was Dawson's first day at "school" and mommy's first day back to work. Both Craig and I are so lucky to have EXTREMELY supportive bosses who are willing to work with us to limit time when we need to take Dawson to school (i.e. daycare) while he is still quite little. We both get the opportunity to work from home which is so nice. Because of this, he only has to go to daycare twice a week. Dawson is loving it so far though. He is all smiles (although mommy is all tears) when we drop him off, as he thinks all the teachers are quite funny. They say he is the happiest baby they've had in there...always smiling and laughing. I love my little guy's spirit. He is so precious and lights up a room. He is my little light. We are so proud to be his parents, how lucky we are. I like to take him on outings just so I can show him off. I want everyone to see how beautiful he his. He will smile at anyone that looks his way. Dawson loves playing with daddy before bed. We always see a good belly laugh or two before bed. 
This one may need some explanation. Dawson ALWAYS laughs when we put him in front of the mirror. On this particular day he was doing a full belly laugh as he was looking in the mirror...so I grabbed the camera to capture. This is when, all smiles went and I couldnt coax a smile out of him to save my life. I gave it my best...and nothing, not one little smile. He's a turkey!
